In this (hopefully) humorous talk, I share my experiences creating art projects in New York City, starting each one before I had figured out how to finish it. I hope it gives others a reason to reconsider a sidelined idea, even if they don't have all the details figured out.

Seven years after launching the “Tourist Lanes” project, it appeared in two different books. Weird. First, in “Handbook for an Urban Revolution” and then in Jeremiah Moss’ “Vanishing New York",” which you can grab here.
